  1. You need to provide sufficient hand sanitiser (70% alcohol) for:
    • Employees and visitors at the workplace.
    • Employees who work away from the workplace, for example; drivers, site installation teams, and sales reps (excluding staff that work from home).
  2. You need to disinfect all work surfaces and equipment before work begins, regularly during working hours and after work.
  3. Regularly clean all areas such as toilets, common areas, receptions, door handles, shared electronic equipment.
  4. Disable biometric systems or make them COVID-19 proof (viz. install an alcohol-based hand sanitiser adjacent to the device).
  5. You need to make sufficient facilities available for washing hands with soap and clean water.
  6. Only paper towels should be provided to dry hands after washing hands (i.e. no fabric towelling).
  7. Employees are required to wash and sanitise their hands while at work, especially between each interaction with visitors.
  8. Surfaces that staff and visitors coming to contact should be routinely cleaned and disinfected.
